How C.A.L. works….
Attach and secure the anchor plate and davit arm to almost any I-beam point in a refinery, chemical or manufacturing plant, or construction site where high point access is needed.
Some simple cable connections are required to attach the C.A.L. and furnish a state of the art fall arrest system for safety. Stabilized chain ladders are attached for secondary egress as additional safety measures.
Once all cables and connections are made and thoroughly checked, up to two men with tools can enter into the C.A.L. and be pneumatically lifted to the point where maintenance or service is to take place.
How C.A.P.S. works….
After securing both halves of the platform to a section of riser pipe, a crane then lifts the platform with the riser pipe attached and secures the pipe to several more sections of riser pipe until the desired height is reached.
Some simple cable connections are required to attach the lift basket and furnish a state of the art fall arrest system for safety. Stabilized chain ladders are attached for secondary egress as additional safety measures.
Once all cables and connections are made and thoroughly checked, up to two men with tools can enter into the lift basket and be pneumatically lifted to the platform where maintenance or service is to take place.
