Owner, Inventor and Founder of C.A.P.S. LLC - Clement has over thirty years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry regarding platform and scaffold design and construction.  He has served ten years as a crane operator in the Louisiana National Guard.  He was General Superintendent with United Scaffolding, Basic Industries, and Bay LTD. His experience included being an office and field superintendent over five refineries including Kaiser Aluminum.  Clement has also been General Foreman with J.E. Merit, and S&B Construction in which he achieved engineer approval of his platform and foundation designs on several occasions.  He has earned numerous certifications regarding industry safety, emergency response and injury prevention.  His ultimate goal is to employ people and manufacture equipment to make C.A.P.S. LLC.; recognized throughout the industry as a company with crucial attention to SAFETY and QUALITY that exceeds the current standards.
